Belmont Common is our largest project to date, and — in spirit — our smallest. Thirty-four residences arranged so that every one of them belongs to a street, a garden, or a shared courtyard. Nothing taller than four storeys. Nothing that turns its back on a neighbour.
At the centre, a new civic plaza of 1,200 square metres — permeable paving, deep-soil planting, a small pavilion for a weekend grocer. The plaza will be gifted to Council on completion.
