Before we make an offer, one of the team walks the site and the block around it. Twice. Once at dawn, once at dusk. If the streets don't feel like somewhere we'd want to be, we don't buy.

We match every site with an architect whose language we think it wants to speak. We stay in every design meeting. The finished drawings carry both signatures.

Council consultation is a legal minimum. We start earlier — a kitchen-table conversation with every adjoining owner before the DA is lodged.

Our head of delivery has worked with the same three head contractors for two decades. Nothing about a McKee site is a stranger to a McKee build.

Every purchaser gets Georgia's phone number. Every building gets a two-year defects window, an annual walk-through at year one and year five, and an open invitation for us to come back and see how you've made it yours.
